What is Bcee?
Bcee is a ledger tracking utility designed for Rotating Savings and Credit Associations (ROSCAs), commonly known as chit funds, Kametis, or committee savings pools. It simplifies log deposit tracking, cash collections, and helps conduct transparent drawings.
Does Bcee process or handle user funds?
No. Bcee is strictly a bookkeeping and digital ledger tool. All cash transfers, bank deposits, and payout payouts are handled offline or directly between the group organizer and the members. Bcee does not hold, hold, or process any monetary transactions.
How does the Offline-First Sync work?
Bcee utilizes local device caching to write transactions. If you lose network access while auditing a cycle, the changes are queued locally. Once internet access is restored, the changes are automatically uploaded and synced to your secure database cloud.
How can members check their passbooks?
Every member is assigned a unique 6-character access code by the organizer in the app. Members can visit this website, enter their code in the Member Passbook Portal, and instantly check their payment grid and payout dates.
